Parents Taking Care of Themselves: How to Enjoy the Often Exhausting, Depressing Role of Parenthood

We have come to that time in the semester where we dedicate our class discussion to us- parents- and specifically the importance of taking care of ourselves. Following is an excellent article from The Atlantic reviewing research studies on the demands of parenthood in addition to some helpful advice on making the difficult moments a little easier. Our hope is that parents do find the weekly TLC classes helpful in realizing that we are not alone in this challenging job of parenting!
