Celebrating & Supporting Parenting with TLC

The professionals at The Loved Child offer TLC Parents @ Work services in the workplace to bring working parents together to connect, to learn from one another, and to receive expert parenting education and support to ultimately decrease common work-family stresses and increase morale in the workplace.

Highly experienced experts in perinatal development, child behavior & development, and/or parenting from The Loved Child provide the option of weekly, biweekly, or monthly TLC Parent Conversation Groups facilitated in the workplace at the lunch hour for expecting parents and those with babies, toddlers, young children, and teens.

Between 70% – 80% of employees with care-giving responsibilities believe that support groups can be very effective at enabling them to do their best at work. JOSEPH B. FULLER, HARVARD BUSINESS SCHOOL, 2019
