Every semester TLC dedicates at least one week to parents taking better care of themselves. This week our TLC class discussion will focus on the inevitable adjustments that take place in our relationships with our co-parents. As Dr. Craig Malkin (a dear friend here in Belmont) shares, “The news for couples with kids is generally pretty bleak. We’re inundated by messages that children can be the death of a good relationship. That’s bad enough. But what’s even more troubling is that the reasons cited often ring true.” Sounds quite negative, no? Read on!
