This fun and interactive workshop will help you and your support person learn ways to assist each other leading up to, through, and following birth. Much of the class will be devoted to working through the phases of labor, including laboring positions and acupressure to work through the pain and reduce delays in the progression of labor. We’ll also have time to discuss techniques to prepare in the weeks leading up to labor, and how to ease into your fourth trimester following the arrival of your newest family member.
